Apple blocks screenshots for video content. We need that ability too when displaying sensitive/private information - and an application is a far more secure way of accessing that content (app can validate the network connections, and could block the visibility of the content). Apple notifies us when the screen is being recorded so we can address the security of the content. A web browser is a hacker's toolkit for accessing content. As far as blocking photos of the device screen, that is a straw-man argument. Organizations that need that level of security (generally governmental organizations), but I can think of a certain public corporation based in Cupertino who has strong restrictions on content exfiltration. The question still stands, Apple. How do we block screenshots? You already allow us to block screen recording.
